Power Bank EASYACC 15000 PB15000C
Our hikes have as main aim to “switch off” from everyday life and “recharge” being in contact with nature, but today we are increasingly dependent on various electronic devices that we can not or want to do without and some are even essential to maintain a good level of safety in dangerous environments and situations.
We need to provide energy to extend the battery life of our electronic devices and in a trip of two or more days in which we have with us at least:
- Smartphone
- GPS
- Compact Camera / Action Room
it is essential that, at least the first two, are always charged for safety reasons, and then it is necessary to have with us a reserve of energy and for this purpose have been created so-called Power Bank.
The Power Bank are nothing other than lithium batteries (exactly those that feed normally the device) of different capacity, packed in containers of the most varied shapes and sizes. Obviously, the larger and heavier versions contain more energy and are able to load many times a device battery, while smaller and handy are useful for maintaining active our smartphone for a couple of hours.
We talked about smartphones but ALL devices that recharge via a USB socket can be recharged via a Power Bank as they share the international standard USB that provides a voltage of 5 V and 5 Amp max. The higher the amperage the less times of charging and is a value that the electronic equipment connected set in an autonomous way according to its characteristics.

The Power Bank I tested is the most reliable and currently sold on the market in its category and I was pleasantly surprised by its characteristics that make it definitely a BEST BUY for hikers and campers.
EASYACC produces different power bank:
the 10,000 mAh
the small and portable 3,350 mAh
and the large 15,000 mAh:
The characteristics of the model to 15,000 mAh, the subject of our review, make it perfect for a two or more days and it’s able to provide all the energy you need without compromise.
Its features are:
Capacity: 15,000 mAh / 55.5 Wh
Input: DC 5V 1.5A
Ouput:
Port 1 5V DC 2.1 A
Port 2 DC 5V 1.5A
Dimensions: 133 mm x 71 mm x 23 mm
Weight: 295 g
Included in the package there are two USB cables, one of a 10 cm and one of 50 cm, the power bank is charging through the same USB socket and will take about 10 hours to fully charge the pack.
A characteristic extremely interesting is the presence of two ports for charging of the devices and can be used simultaneously, one of them provide 2.1 A and are able to load faster devices which accept a type of charge called FAST CHARGE.
During a two-day hike the EASYACC PB15000C allowed me to charge for about 3 times the battery GoPro hero3 + Silver Edition 10 MP camera, 1080p / 60 fps, 720p / 120 fps, Wi-Fi [Italy] that has a 1100 mAh battery, during night in a tent I charged a smartphone Honor 4X Smartphones, 4G LTE, Dual Micro-SIM, 5.5 Inch HD Display, 13 MP camera, 8 GB memory, Android 4.4, which has a battery Black 3,000 mAh and the Garmin eTrex GPS 30x Portable, Screen 2.2 “, Map TopoActive Western Europe, Barometric Altimeter, Electronic Compass, Grey / Black and the reading of the LED indicators of power remaining were still 2 to 4.
I could test only the smartphone Fast Charge and it is extremely convenient, being able to fully charge the 3,000 mAh battery of Honor 4X in less than an hour (starting from about 15% remaining).
